AirlineBoard support
Found a problem or have an idea? We’d like to hear it.
contact@airlineboard.comReport a problem
Tell us what you expected and what happened. Include the airport or flight number, flight date, approximate time and timezone, and whether you were using the website or iPhone app. Your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a screenshot can help. Please crop any personal information and never send passwords.
TestFlight testers can also use “Send Beta Feedback” in TestFlight. We review reports as we improve the beta; we cannot guarantee an immediate response.
Missing flights or unexpected times?
AirlineBoard shows flights observed in our data feeds, not a complete airline schedule. Reports can be delayed, missing, or revised. Open a flight to see recorded actual, estimated, and scheduled times and their sources. Airport boards use airport local time; flight details also show UTC.
Check Data Status for feed health. A current feed does not guarantee every flight has a fresh report. You can also read our ground delay and EDCT guide.
Location or maps aren’t working?
Location permission is optional. If it is declined or unavailable, tap the airport name and search by city, airport name, IATA, or ICAO code. To change permission, use your browser settings or the location settings for AirlineBoard on your iPhone.
Maps need a network connection and available flight data. A flight may have a tail number or routing without a recent aircraft position. Pinch inside the map to zoom; use “View larger map” for more space.
About Saved
Saved is available in the iPhone app. Save one flight or an entire commute trip of up to three legs. Each tile counts as one saved item. Saved items stay on that device and are checked when you open Saved and every minute while it is visible.
You can remove a tile yourself. If any leg is no longer in the database, its entire saved tile is removed. A temporary connection or database failure preserves your saved items. Deleting the app or clearing its website data can erase saves; there is no account backup or device sync.
If the app won’t load
Check your connection and try again. If the page remains unavailable, close and reopen the app, then check for a newer TestFlight build. When a refresh fails, a screen may retain its last successful data; check report timestamps before relying on a displayed time.
For information, not operational decisions
AirlineBoard is an independent project, not affiliated with the FAA or an airline. It is not a navigation, dispatch, clearance, or operational decision-making tool. Confirm travel and flight status with the airline and use official sources for operational information.
